今天去GNC，小二介绍MOTHER'S MILK TEA, FENUGREEK和鱼油一起催奶。说是MOTHER'S
MILK TEA 每天喝三次，每次一袋；FENUGREEK 610MG每天三次，每次三粒；还要吃鱼油
，有助产奶。JM们是这么吃吗？如果奶多了是不是可以停了还是要一直吃下去？

9.26 140 PP clock start.
10.4 PP clock stop and AD.
10.11 485/131/765 RD (在还没拿到140 approval notice 情况下，用了140 receipt
notice 提交的485，看来是没有问题的。提交485时我和LD 还分居两地，但我们决定都
用老公的mailing address。因为我们从结婚开始就长期分居，所以准备了我们出去旅
游各地的合照，joint account statement, jointly filed tax, 还有4年来每个月飞
一次团聚的机票记录。LD 打印出来的机票比本书还厚，也许就是这些机票让IO 太同情
我们了，神速的批了).
10.21 FP notice (主副申请人都在York).
10. 28 主申请人York walk-in.
11.6 副申请人 Dallas 跨Center walk-in (只要有好的理由，有些书面的证据证明这
个理由，IO会想办法帮忙的。Dallas North Center 的IO 重新打印了份 Dallas 的FP
notice给我，也让我当天FP了.).
11.22 副申请人Combo card AD.
11.23 主申请人 Combo card AD.
11.29 副申请人Combo card received by mail.
12.2 主申请人Combo card received by mail.
12.5 主副申请人 485 AD.
12.10 I-551 stamp in passport (因为急着回国，约了两个infopass，还没收到485
approval letter, 带着机票和打印的approval 的email, IO 也给stamp 了，只给了
两个月.).
12.13主副申请人 Green card received by mail （整个绿卡过程我们是很幸运的，回
国的机票是今天下午的，结果上午就收到卡了.）

我头两个月吃的，有些效果的。后来有次堵奶后产量锐减，用mother's milk tea又追
回来一些。
