1. Are the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for
Premium Processing.
2. Are the attorney or accredited representative for the petitioner who is
filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Processing.
3. Are the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for
Premium Processing.
4. Are the applicant or accredited representative for the applicant who is
filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing.
我的情况是diy的EB1A，请问应该在1或者3中选一个吧？或者应该选哪些项？看了皮匠
客写的，说PERM在1或者2种选，NIW在3或者4中选，我这种情况是FERM么？
还有一个问题，看了皮匠客的博客说Petitioner vs Applicant的区别，我们这种情况
应该是Applicant，是不是上述问题应该选3呢？
二.Part 2中： Form Number of Related Petition/Application是什么？I-140不记得
有相关的表格数了。
三. 不用填的地方空着还是填N/A？
