EB-1B， 请教我的情况应该claim几项# Immigration - 落地生根

最近在写petition letter，关于该claim几项和律师有点分歧。因为是EB-1B我准备只
claim 3项：Authorship of scholarly publication， contribution和judge of the
work of others. 律师建议claim4项，加上published materials about alien’s
work。
问题是：确实有两篇文章被别的综述评价了4次，诸如：“ ..... will be extremely
helpful to ...." ".... will greatly facilitate ...".... represents a
significant step forward "。 还有几篇也确实被综述整段介绍了，但是没有评价。
但是，我的想法是既然EB-1b 符合两项就可以，担心这项不够强招来RFE，所以打算放
到contribution 里算了，免得画蛇添足。
请大家提点建议，先谢过了！
