Successful candidate will lead the execution of complex tasks and apply and
integrate engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design,
develop, implement, test or evaluate military weapons systems in support of
a high fidelity flight simulator. Essential Job Functions: Support the
design, development, testing and documentation of simulation software and
integration of hardware components into a real-time simulation architecture.
Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.
Citizenship is required. BS Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Ten (10) years of
engineering experience. Desired Skills: Master's degree. Experience in the
areas of optimal and classical control theory, optimization theory,
automatic design of control systems, guidance and control, control
mechanization and allocation, system error analysis studies, simulation
modeling, and redundant asynchronous flight control computer modeling.
Experience in the areas of flight vehicle modeling, linear and non-linear
system identification, control system design analysis, simulation testing,
and handling qualities analysis. Experience in developing airframe and
subsystem math models. Ability to provide technical direction to senior and
journeyman level engineers for the execution of the various task required to
successfully complete the specific tasks outlined in the statement of work.
Experience in leading a team of engineers developing high fidelity
simulations for a real-time flight simulation facility. DCS Corp is an
