140在三月二十六日批准，随后准备485的提交。今天突然收到律师的email,原文是：on
your EB1A approval notice, why does it indicate consulate processing? did
you select that one on your I140 form?
现在看到我们的notice上有句话，但我不太明白，原文是：The above petition has
been approved. We have sent it to the Department of State National Visa
Center (NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. NVC processes
all appropriate consulates to complete visa processing. the NVC will then
forward the approved petition to that consulate.
我的理解是：我是J签证，但已经waiver,它是不是需要去核实这个信息啊？我这算批了
还是算没批啊？
