I had photos taken in Januaryfor my passport. Anyone know whether they
are OK although USCIS requires photos taken within 30 days. Thank you in
adavance.
My case is very weak. Only three Chinese papers were published 10 years ago
with less than 30 citations. A few conference abstracts, two patents and
two pending patent applications.
One letter was from a Chinese assistan professor; the other letters all were
from the US.
My petition letter was concise (5 pages) but was trying to get the points
across. It highlighted those things an IO was likely looking for, my
research data
was used for a funding application,commercialized, and used by other people
for their research.
A small prize was also highlighted but was not claimed.
I hope that my case can cheer you up.

稍微搜了一下。IIT deli作为世界排名最高的IIT分校也不过排名200。。

IIT本质上就是一个职业培训学校，无他。一到硬碰硬的科研论文比较，马上就不行了
。这破学校也就是个teaching school, 之所以近年来名声很大，说到底还是靠h1b
abuse。川总一个EO就能让它原形毕露。

问题是他们在美国能上的位，别的白人也能上。
美国多得是有钱有势的白人。如果婆罗门的真想
享受别人把他们当贵族,还是得回印度。
