这个职位要求PhD是根据工作内容来的，我们同一个部门下也有Master的职位。
对于模型的理解，运用，presentation的能力，在极少的指导下完成项目，独立撰写
paper的能力等等，造成了这个区别。要求有差别，待遇也有差别。
