What is a Form I-797C?
USCIS will send Form I-797C, Notice of Action, to a customer in order to
communicate information related to notices of:
receipt,
rejection,
transfer,
re-open, and
appointment (fingerprint, biometric capture, interview, rescheduled).
If you receive a Form I-797C in the mail, please pay close attention to
what it says. Ignoring the instructions in a Notice of Action might delay
your case.

我们提交485的时候没有等797，只是在收到waiver成功的email后，就把原来的797C和
这个email打印了放一起，代替797。不过我们的case还没批，不知道行不行。
