两个半月后等来了REF 三条，分别列为A,B,C.
B, Submit a copy of your most current pay statements. 这个容易，再打印工资
单一份，其实上次递交的材料里面有近三个月的工资单，但显然被忽略了。
C，对是否党员问题回答Yes, You must provide a written fully explaining your
“yes” responses. 上次也交了statement, 就是按照大家的格式做的，不知怎地也被
忽视了。只好再交一次。
A，Submit a currently dated letter of employment and other documentary
evidence which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in your area
of extraordinary ability. This evidence shall specify how you intend to
work in your area of extraordinary ability and confirm that you intend to
carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140.
Employment letter 好办，让系里再出一份。比较麻烦的是让再一次提交evidence证
明EB1A. 请有经验的前辈帮忙给出出主意。想到的是再写分statement, 让现在的老板
再写分证明，以及提交最近审的几篇稿子。不知是否可行。

谢谢。A里除了要证明信外还有后面的话，让我特别担心。

of extraordinary ability. This evidence shall specify how you intend to
work in your area of extraordinary ability and confirm that you intend to
carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140.
似乎感觉需要老板再写封信证明似的，但再原来的推荐信里已经明白写明了，目前也没
换单位，短时间也不会换。请大家再给我您的建议和意见，走到今天都特别不容易，希
望最后这步能顺利走过去。谢谢！

I am wondering why you got RFE. Did you send the most updated, original EVL
while you file 485?

I do. So, I am also wondering why they send me these request, actually I
send them all those materials in my original 485 package including my EVL,
copy of paycheck and statement of non-CP member.
However when you get RFE, you have to provide what they want even though all
of those stuff can be found in my first hand 485 application package.

In this case, I think they might lose some of key documents you sent.
Therefore, I don't think it is a very tricky RFE. I agree with you that a
letter from you boss should be able to take care of A. Good Luck.
