able to make a reasonable estimation of the likelihood of success for this
case in NSC. If you intend to file Eb-1A, please consult with other lawyers
who may have a different opinion about the case.
As an alternative, you may file National Interest Waiver petition that
should have a good chance to be approved under normal circumstances.
