刚收到律师的信，让交出生证明。还有下面这些要求。出国的时候办过，就是去公证处
弄的，那还是需要两个长辈的宣誓书？
1. Copies of government issued birth certificate (long form, listing both
parents). For China - notarial certificates or family register issued by the
government agency in the province where applicant was born for each person
applying. To comply with USCIS requirements, the following information must
be included in each birth certificate or family register:
Place of Birth
Date of Birth
Name of child
Names of Mother and Father
Please note that if these documents were not registered with the government
agency within the same timeframe as the date of birth, USCIS will require
affidavits from family members as additional evidence. USCIS will require
two affidavits from family members who are older than you and have first-
hand knowledge of your birth, who can attest to the details of your birth.
Please be sure that any affidavits that are prepared must reflect full names
(first, middle and last names), there cannot be any initials or
abbreviations or the affidavits will be rejected. This is not needed for
notarial certificates from China.
