不好意思，第一次签有RSU的offer，很多问题不懂。
1. 前面口头offer说rsu有refresh,但是在正式offer letter里一点都没提，大家都是
这样么？还是需要明确写出?
2. 给rsu的那一段，有这样一句： Subject to approval by the Board of Directors
, you will be granted an award of XXXX Restricted Stock Units....
这个是说RSU还没批么？还是每年VEST的时候批？
3. 另外，bonus is up to 10%, 还说may be revised or eliminated at any time.
这个没什么问题吧？

上周五查还是acceptance，今天早上直接批了~

推荐信：5，4独立，包括两个院士，还有个自己phd的老板
直接上的pp，claim了contribution，authorship和review.公司有律师，我不放心又找
了一个，结果公司律师非常傲娇，非不用我找的律师的PL，自己重新写了。还要把
media单独弄出来，我觉得那两篇报道太磕碜，强烈要求删了。所幸最后顺利批了。

refresh是bonus一样的东西，要看performance的吧，一般bonus不写下来的
入职时候批基本上没有不批的。。。
bonus本来就是看performance的。。。但看公司
有的公司保底x% 有的公司只有top performer才有
