版主是指research staff特别是tenure track么？
请教版主借问一下我是Lead programmer, 就是服务全校PI的projects的，直属老板们
（VP Research, Research Deans）给的supporting letter解释是job title虽然是
programmer但算Scientist，干research这行服务雇主很多年了，老板们推荐我走EB1B
，我说不太符合吧，那些是杰出人才，我走PERM就行了。我是不是说错话了
背景是极弱的的，三有但都是个位数，现在意识到师太严峻，所以尽可能短时间积累更
多，最多冒险冲个NIW

3年research，读研读博时的RA也算的
Calculation of “Three Year“ Experience in Teaching or Research
The foreign national must have at least three years of experience in
teaching or research in the academic field. Experience in teaching or
research while working on an advanced degree will only be acceptable if the
foreign person has acquired the degree, and if the teaching duties were such
that he or she had full responsibility for the class taught or if the
research conducted toward the degree has been recognized within the academic
field as outstanding.
Evidence of teaching and/or research experience must be in the form of
letter(s) from current or former employer(s) and must include the name,
address, and title of the writer, and a specific description of the duties
performed by the applicant.
