RFE之后增加了5封推荐信，来自美德英法加，其中一封来自Industry
增加了SJR排名和IF信息，之前只有Eigenfactor
增加了Faculty Scholarly Productivity Index的比较
增加了CNKI的30次citation680＋ download；Google Scholar citation 3个月增加30个
多了11＋ 审稿，均没做，只给了invitation letter
多了一个top6％ （EF）的审稿，给了全套证明
其他所有信息全部回炉重新organize和深挖亮点
最后回复， 11号字体，单倍行距，共22页，比第一次递交的PL还要多，确实看起来内
容要丰富了许多
经验：
1. 不可轻敌
不要看到比自己background差的都过了就以为自己也没问题，case by case都不一样，
不能单看简单的参数，各人亮点不一样亮 ：）
不要看到律师的单薄PL过了你就按照那个DIY
仔细研读版上各经典模版，综合套用到自己的case，不要怕麻烦
2. 按照RFE的标准来准备材料
如果你刚开始准备材料，那我建议你也读读版上前辈们提供的RFE response letter，
会给你一些启发，也能更好的理解IO想要看到什么。
3. Exhibition List要好好的准备
对于0002回复我的case来说，给我一个印象感觉他没有看PL，误认我claim了媒体报道
，其实没有，我只放在contribution提到了2段而已。
第一版本的EL过于单薄， 后来回复时候的EL放进了很多证明top的关键词，更多的
detail。
个人觉得EL就好像一个简要版本的大纲，感觉IO是时间有限先看这个，impressive的话
估计问题就不大了。这点也有前辈曾经提到过。
Exhibition的每一页页码都有在letter里面紧跟着Exhibit的号 标注出来 方便查找，
第一次没有标，也许是个隐患，多花点时间把页码都整理好。
4. 观察到一个现象：材料到了之后网上查到Acceptance，之后跳到initial review。
后来PP之后跳回到Acceptance，不太清楚这个是否意味着重新分配IO？ 现在好像改
版之后没有这些信息可以参考了。

This letter is respectfully submitted in response to the Request for
Evidence (RFE) for the above requested immigrant classification of
Extraordinary Ability filed previously. I would like to express my sincere
gratitude for considering my immigration petition. I appreciate the
opportunity to provide additional evidence to support my petition. The
evidence submitted with this response, in addition to the evidence already
submitted with the original petition, will demonstrate that I qualify as an
alien of Extraordinary Ability.
In the original application, I provided documentation under the following
three regulatory areas and proved that I have sustained international
acclaim and that my achievements have been recognized in my field of
expertise:
• (vi) Evidence of the beneficiary’s authorship of scholarly
articles in the field, in professional or major trade publications or other
major media;
• (v) Evidence of the beneficiary’s original scientific, scholarly
, artistic, athletic, or business-related contributions of major
significance in the field;
• (iv) Evidence of the beneficiary’s participation, either
individually or on a panel, as a judge of the work of others in the same or
an allied field of specialization for which classification is sought.
I am glad to learn that two criteria (“(vi) Evidence of the alien’s
authorship of scholarly articles in the field, in professional or major
trade publications or other major media” and “(iv) Evidence of the alien’
s participation, either individually or on a panel, as a judge of the work
of others in the same or an allied field of specialization for which
classification is sought”) have been met.
Regarding (iii) Published material about the beneficiary in professional or
major trade publications or other major media, The materials must related to
the beneficiary’s work in the field for which classification is sought,
the officer commented that “This criterion has not been met because…”
Response: I agree with the officer’s comment and I did not claim that I had
met this criterion.
Upon the request in the RFE letter, I will prove my qualifications in two
parts:
Part I: Evidence is provided to prove that my original scientific
contributions are of major significance in biomedical field.
Part II: Evidence is provided to show that I have sustained national and
international acclaim and that I am one of the top small-percentage of
scientists who has risen to the very top of my field.
I. Evidence that my original scientific contributions are of major
significance in the biomedical sciences.
I will address the officer’s comments with the following six points to show
that I have made original contributions in my field and that these
contributions are considered of major significance:
I1. My significant original contributions have been well documented in very
high impact journals.
I2. My significant work has been widely cited in publications in top
scientific journals by experts from leading biomedical research institutes
around the world.
I3. I have made significant original scientific contributions to the
biomedical research community as demonstrated by a large number of citations
around the globe.
I4. My findings have been implemented by national and international
researchers.
I5. My major significant contributions have drawn wide attention and
provoked widespread public commentary by experts in my field.
I6. The testimony of experts that explains in detail how my original
contributions are of major significance to the biomedical research field.

recognized among one of the top small percentage in my fields.
The evidence shown above and in the original petition demonstrates that I am
an outstanding scientific researcher who has made original contributions of
major significance and has sustained national and international acclaim.
This evidence also demonstrates that I am one of a small percentage of
scientists who has risen to the very top of my field:
II.1 I have sustained international acclaim, which is evidenced by the facts
of >300 worldwide citations, frequent invitations to review scientific
articles from the leading professional journals with global circulation, and
my presentations at international academic conferences.

documents support the fact that I have made several original and significant
contributions to the fields of biomedical sciences. These have earned me
sustained international acclaim and recognition as one of a top small
percentage of researchers in my fields. The evidence collectively shows that
I have met at least three of the ten regulatory criteria, clearly qualify
for classification as an alien of extraordinary ability in sciences, and
that my continuous work in this area will substantially benefit
prospectively the United States. Therefore, I respectfully request your
