我J1转H1后申请的140。需要补充J1 Waiver的材料, 并且我老婆J2转H4也需要跟我补充
一样的材料，请问各位大师，我老婆的情况怎么办。具体的内容如下：
1. Evidence to establish that you are not subject to Section 212(e) of the
Act, or
2. A copy of an approval notice of Application for Waiver of Foreign
Residence Requirement (Form I-612), or
3. Evidence to establish that you did reside in your country of nationality
or last residence for an aggregation of at least two years following
departure from the United States.

请问你第一次file的时候有交这个J1 waive的approval 的letter吗？
我觉得你老婆的，跟你的豁免材料就行了

Your wife's J-2 is affiliated to your J-1, therefore just submit the
approval notice of your I-612 for proof.

Thanks for your response. I did when i first file 485. I think this officer
is ... because we are required flu shot vaccine as well. But we file I-485
in Aug., the flu shot is not available at that time.
