我老婆为她爸爸申请绿卡，填了I-864A表，用我（作为家庭成员）的收入做担保。
收到移民局的RFE,说是
The petitioner/sponsor's household members on Form I-864, Affidavit of
Support or Form I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, must
submit evidence that they were authroized to work in the United States.
Examples include one of the following;
A copy of form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record showing a non-immigrant
classification that allows the intending immigrant/household member to work
lawfully in the United states.
A copy of a valid employment authorization document issued by USCIS
A copy of Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record with "Employment Authorized"
or similar annotated by port-of-entry personnel.
我觉得很奇怪的问题是：为什么上面清单的材料没有提绿卡？
我已有绿卡好几年了，绿卡就应该是我的evidence that I am authorized to work.
