刚刚在craigslist上闲逛，看到一个超级好deal，和jms分享一下

板上考古知道最优化是eb2 perm，然后140的时候eb2和eb3一起搞。
但是公司律师说eb3可以搞batch case，然后”batch case recruitment is already
complete, which saves you about 6 months or so“。
请问这个啥意思？如果真的能省6个月值得搞eb3 perm么？
