刚收到律师email 说 "While the email message is not official, it is likely
that your petition is approved"
律师转发给我的USCIS email 说 "The Vermont Service Center has approved the
following I-129 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker that had been filed under
the Premium Processing Service..."
但是USCIS email又说："Please note that this e-mail message is being sent as
a courtesy and cannot be used as evidence of nonimmigrant status. Nor can
this message be used as evidence to procure a nonimmigrant visa."
请问这种情况下还有杯具的可能吗？
