医药startup，打算一直keep private，不打算IPO。按founder的说法是每卖掉一个产
品就按equity的百分比分钱。这种说法靠谱么？

有两个方向的论文都有些citation
A只有两片journal B的多一些
请问要在材料中两个方向都说么？还是focus on 一个强一些的方向就可以了呃？

That I don't know, there is no regulation about how private company shares
profits among owners. Instead of dividend reinvesting is more appealing in
terms of growth.
