恩
只要是EB类的，包括EB1A 和 eb2-niw，雇主都可以sponsor。
只不过 1A 和NIW 也可以由自己sponsor，即不需要雇主，不需要perm，所以大家才自
家申请。
搞得多了，反倒认为只能自己申请，雇主不可以sponsor啦。
赫赫，律师说的。事实也是这样。
