EAD/AP是在140 approved以后才开始处理呢？还是在concurreent 提交上去就开始处理？

我律师说是分开处理的，但最后批485时要看140批没批。我是PP+CC，所以在EAD卡批之
前140已经批了。但版上有人用CC来买时间-140不加急，拿着Ead先找工作。

谢谢，我的140 PP了，但是我强烈怀疑会RFE， LD急着要用AP，所以很匆忙的CC了。

我理解是分开处理的，EAD/AP跟140的处理没有直接关系。
