着急求助：485递交后换工作被RFE

求助大家帮助，着急中。
去年12月EB1A的I140被批准，然后拖到今年3三月初才递交485和EAD卡。EAD卡被批准就
自以为是的换工作了。原来在国家实验室做理论物理，主要是物理和编程(70-80%)。然
后找到一个金融公司做软件开发。结果悲剧的被RFE了。需要提供现在的工作和EB1A的
技能近似才行的证明。
这该怎么办啊？我现在连H1（non－profit）都没有了，直接就智障的以为调整身份没
问题。现在可怎么办啊？有人有这样的经历么？有啥模版或者建议不？跪求！谢谢！

前一阵有学物理做quant的绿卡批了。主要说还是用同样的技术。

Same situation as me. From university to company, got 485 RFE. But my case
is that I was laid off after 485 application.

关键我要是quant还能说说stochastic calculus。做软件的。。就只能说编程了。郁闷。
有人找现任公司写帮忙信的么？

try to use EAD卡 to 国家实验室做理论物理 again, just for GC. is it hard?
For me, I want to be a postdoc but nobody accept me because I only knew data
management and analysis and had no idea of public health issues. 郁闷。

Good posting. But I felt that it depends. No offense.
For example, some people told me that the chance of EB1A RFE is just 10%.
But I got that 10%. In addition,at least two people on this mitbbs told me
their successful story of direct GC approval without RFE even after layoff.
But that is not me.

不好意思哈，我觉得你说的意思和我的帖子没有太直接的联系。我也是被RFE的，因为
我人都回了国了，当时收到RFE的时候也确实惊慌失措过。但是基于EB1A的特性。目前
几乎所有485被RFE了的同学都是能够轻松解决的，只是看你怎么做而已。
