去年年底就交了485，一直没消息，前几天终于忍不住给议员发信，议员回复如下：
“I spoke with the TSC and your files were assigned to an officer yesterday.
Unfortunately, they could not give me a timeframe as they don’t know how
busy the office is. I will follow up with them again in a few weeks.”
请问这是什么意思啊？“assigned to an officer”是说background check结束了么？
请有经验的前辈解答！

建议直接给议员办公室打电话沟通，他们都很耐斯的，因为议员办公室那个团队就是干
各种形象工程的，你懂滴
以我的经验，如果他们催了两个星期都还没反应的话，你可以让议员办公室的人试着联
系具体处理你的case的officer。
如果你是485RFE的话，那个officer就是RFE左下角那个号码，通常你的case会被同一个
人处理。同样是去年底的副卡，催了两天就approved了

background check结束了，officer最后综合起来申一下，应该快绿了,bless!
