EB2排期本月还是 2013.12，下个月就变成2006.1了。
有谁知道怎么回事吗？
老婆刚入境30天，按律师建议应等足61天，也就是下个月，那就没戏了。若这月马上交
I485，就有移民嫌疑（因入境时是非移民签证），律师说的。那位大师支个招？
对于本人已经交上去的I-485（下周取指纹），将如何处理？也要遥遥无期的等待？

你是EB1 还是 EB2？EB1没问题，EB2恐怕是不能交了。你去隔壁EB2/EB3版问问。

Target, 用奶票coupon结帐的时候很方便，一堆一起扫过。

八月的排期是假排期，为了建库收集demand信息放水才推进到13年底的，大家早都知道
必然会后退。就算你这个月交了485，2013年底的PD的话起码等一年才能绿的。

请问：如果非移民签证入境61天后提交485就不会被要求证明入境时没有移民倾向了吗
？你老婆会不会被安排面试啊？如果要求证明没有移民倾向，怎么证明呢？律师怎么说

这是律师原话：
• 30 Day Rule: If you file your green card application within
30 days of entry, there is a presumption of “immigrant intent” i.e.
intending to remain permanently in the US. This is not necessarily an
automatic denial, but it’s a presumption against you.
• 60 Day Rule: If you file your green card application within
31 to 60 days of entry, there is no presumption, but there is a reasonable
suspicion of “immigrant intent.” This could still lead to scrutiny and
inquiry regarding the intent upon initial entry.
• 90 Day Rule: If you file your green card application 61 days
and beyond, then there is a presumption that you acted in good faith.
Officers may still ask though what your intention was upon entry, and if
immigrant intent was found then the results could still be a finding of
immigrant intent.

process。
