NSC 收到0214 RFE 怎么破？# Immigration - 落地生根

FRE notice 承认了文章和审稿，但是质疑了contribution,具体见下面，弄得我手足无
措，感觉我PL里的contribution部分的论证全部被否定了。
背景：国内中科院有机化学博士，来美博后快四年了，
（1）文章16篇，一作11篇， 二作4篇，三作1篇，都是OL, JOC, EJOC， OBC, Chem.
Eur.J, Acs catalysis, Tetrahedron这种级别的，没有一区的文章。
（2）引用320 （web of science），文章最高单篇引用50次，文章大部分都是PHD时发
的，所以文章有点老，已经发了好几年了，所以引用不是很高。用google scholar查的
引用只有250次，觉得很奇怪，一般都是说Google的引用要高。
（3）审稿40多次， 7个杂志，还审过一个波兰的国家基金申请。
You submitted letters of support and list of your publications with
associated citations in web of science. But the evidence does not
demonstrate contributions of major significance in the field. To assist in
determining whether your contributions are original and of major
significance in the field, you may submit:
(1)Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution
to the field
(2)Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently consider
your work important
(3)Testimony and /or support letters from experts which discuss your
contributions of major significance
(4)Evidence that your major significant contributions has provoked
widespread public commentary in the field or has been widely cited
(5)Evidence of your work being implemented by others, possible evidence may
include but is not limited to: contracts with companies using your products;
Licensed technology being used by others; Patens currently being utilized
and shown to be significant to the field.
Note: Letters and testimonies, if submitted, must provide as much detail as
possible about your contribution and must explain, in detail, how the
contributions was "original"(not merely replicating the work of others) and
how they were of "major" significance. General statements regarding the
importance of the endeavors which are not supported by documentary evidence
are insufficient
