标准的公证书现在都不行了啊，还非要另外翻译，本来那上面都是带certification of

4页标准的出生公证不行了吗？楼主的情况不应该是公证书不过关吧，一般大家的共识
不都是移民局弄丢了或者不同office间没有共享所以重新要一份吧。希望楼主来update
以下RFE有没有明确说公证书不合格。
上个月485RFE，没说原因就勾了个original birth certificate，我就把那种4页标准
的出生公证原件又交了一遍。不过我RFE提交后还没任何信呢。

公证书递交了，RFE里也说我递交了，只是说翻译人员没有声明他fluent in both
Chinese and English. 原则上讲，有可能是你随便搞了什么个中文的东西（不是公证
），然后找了只懂英文不懂汉语的人给你写了第二第四页的英文，可移民官只能看得懂
英文。于是律师拿掉了第二第四页，我找了个朋友抄了翻译公司的翻译，并且加了一段
话郑重声明他是懂中英文并且有资格翻译的。
以下是原文：
You submitted a birth certificate with a translation. However. the
translation was not accompanied by a signed, certified attestation by the
translator attesting to their qualifications to perform the translation.
Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, full legal
name, date of birth, and place of birth which has been registered with the
proper civil authorities ofthe country of
your birth. Please note that all foreign language documents must be
accompanied by a signed. certified English translation.
