今天律师告诉我说,On October 22, 2015, the Department of State sent my case
to USCIS for review. USCIS is reviewing it, and will notify me by mail when
they are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice.
现在好心慌,难道他们要revoke我的application?不知道有没有知道这是怎么回事啊?

calm down first.
check if you lawyer can get further info by asking them to fax the details
to you

你确定把140而不是别的给uscis了?

是的,是140. 我的140 3月approved的.10/22 DoS发回给USCIS. 律师帮我file 140的时
候选的Consular Processing因为当时我还在申请J1 waiver. 我不知道是否这个和目前
这个情况有关系

means USCIS can start to review your petition now. USCIS cannot review your
petition until they can confirm the approval of your J1 waiver.

我递140的时候J waiver才开始办啊.
什么时候140还需要DOS过目了？

J waiver是DOS批准后发信给USCIS,最终由USCIS批准.

我现在什么情况都不知道.只知道我140的petition被DOS发回给USCIS for review. 我
和律师讨论的结果是有可能当时律师file为走consular processing。这样USCIS批准后
会将我的case发给DOS的National Visa Center. 但是后来我拿到J waiver后走485流程
，就发邮件给NVC说我不走consular processing了。不知道是不是因为这个原因DoS给
USCIS发回了我的case，真心希望就是这么个小事情

嗯，确定是140.我去uscis的网站上看我的case也是说DOS发回我的140给USCIS for
review

看来waiver方式不一样导致140的审批也不一样啊
