生娃的时候在保险公司的网站上search了要生产的医院，发现在network里，
但是现在账单下来，显示这家医院不在network里，保险公司只付了80%。
能跟保险公司appeal,要回这边钱么？

刚刚收到 485的receipt notice 上面有句话
"
As a reminder, you may request to change employer under INA 204(j) if you
Form I-485 Adjustment application has been pending for at least 180 days and
your underlying Form I-140 is approved or is still pending. In order to do
so, you should supplement the form I-485 record of proceeding with
documentation relating to the new job offer that forms the basis of the INA
204(j) portability request."
言外之意 是不是
1. 180天以内不许换工作!!!
2. 180天以外才能换 并且是同领域的工作!!!
3. 180天外换工作 还要跟移民局打招呼 "supplement the form I-485 record" 这具
体是要我们做什么???

我记得有人说过对于交了485的EB1A和NIW 180天以内就可以同领域内换工作呢?

就是阿，感觉大部分保险，如果是out of network，最多也就给付60%吧。
应该是in network的吧。
lz你的保险的policy是不是就是in network的coinsurance是20%的啊。

先打电话问保险公司倒底是不是在network里，如果是，只是他们搞错了，当然要回来
，如果不是，说明网站上信息有错。有的保险公司网站信息总是滞后。看看网站上的说
明，有没有说这只是参考还是就是可凭借的依据。如果说了只是参考，具体还是要和公
司联系什么的，也没办法。
