我的485 RD是11/17/2015. 但是至今没收到biometrics appointment。
打过两次电话，没得到有用的信息。
今天收到一封诡异的email from [email protected]
/* */ 说我护照上的照
片和签名已经是biometrics了。所以不需要biometrics notice了。以下是email:
"You indicated that you have not received an ASC appointment notice in
regards to your Form I-765 and I-131. An ASC appointment is not necessary
at this time. Your passport photographs and signature on file serve as your
biometrics for the Form I-765. Our system indicates that these were
included with your application and are already scanned and attached.
Therefore, no such notice is necessary. We require no further action from
you at this time."
我怀疑是哪个officer什么都不懂，给搞错了吧？太蹊跷了
