前几天去infopass，那里的工作人员帮我发了request，今天收到回复的邮件，看不太
明白：
We received your service request regarding the status of your case we have
researched the status of your case. Your file has been requested. Upon
receipt, your case will be reviewed in regards to the Request for Evidence
that you were sent. You should receive correspondence within the next 60
days regarding this case. If you do not receive this correspondence, please
contact customer service.
