怎么回事呀，我试了很多次，换了几张卡discover, mastercard, chase以及papal付钱
都是不行，显示的是：
"Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be
processed at this time with this payment type"
我这些都是常用卡呀，咱回事呢？

得到如下回复，大家看看是不是模版？有无信息。
Your case is currently under review and is actively being processed by an
officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60
days of the date of this letter.

10天前收到一个类似的回复，来自NSC，到目前为止还没有啥动静。
请问楼主在哪个center？那天的RD？
