本人Eb-1A的140秒过，但485被security check了，至今pending了17个月！！！TSC的

日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。
结果律师的NCSC follow up很快（5天）就得到了回复：“Based on your inquiry, we
have reviewed the status of your case and found that it remains under
active examination. This office acknowledges the completion of your case
being outside of the normal processing time and realizes the inconvenience
it may cause. The delay has been necessary in order to ensure thorough
processing of your case and provide you with the best possible service.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a definitive timeframe at
this point. USCIS will notify you if any further information is needed from
you or when a decision has been made.”我哭啊，版上高手指点一下，我这是什么
情况吗？
然后律师说，不建议再做SR或者议员催，她会提交一个比议员催更牛逼的USCIS
Liaison inquiry！我问她什么是USCIS Liaison inquiry，她解释说：“A Liaison
inquiry is an inquiry we submit through the American Immigration Lawyers
Association (AILA), where they act as a liaison between us and the USCIS.
They will contact USCIS to inquire about a specific case. From our
experience, these inquiries tend to be more helpful than the inquiries
submitted by a congressman. ” 今天她发信说提交了这个USCIS Liaison inquiry，
版上高手说说，这个USCIS Liaison inquiry是个什么东东？靠谱不？有副作用吗？律
师让我与此同时不要再让议员催，否则会有干扰，是这样吗？哭求建议！
