公司sponser EB1b，通过公司的律师上个月递了申请，但公司不愿意给PP。请问如果自
己付费PP的话，必须通过公司的律师吗？已经问了律师，要另外charge $500 legal
fee，不知道是不是合理。

我的PP是公司律师file的，但没有多收费用。

对于EB1B只有作为petitioner的公司可以委托律师提交PP~~因为你的140是通过公司律
师提交的所以PP就算你自己出钱也要通过公司律师~~

才得到公司律师的回复，他说我可以自己file,只要附上I-140 fee receipt就行。

Can the beneficiary of a visa petition seek Premium Processing Service?
No, except in cases where the petition is eligible to be filed as a self-
petition (i.e., the petitioner and the beneficiary are the same). Otherwise,

Premium Processing Service for a designated petition. The petitioner,

你似乎也可以自己准备,然后让你公司HR签字也即以Petitioner名义发出PP.
