USCIS electronic records confirm that your constituents’ permanent
residency cases are assigned to an officer for adjudication at the Nebraska
Service Center (NSC); however, the adjudication process is not yet complete.
Please note that we are unable to grant requests for expedited processing
in employment-based Form I-485 cases. While we are unable to determine the
date on which the adjudication process will be complete in these cases, you
may follow-up with the NSC Congressional
Unit after approximately 30 days from the date of this email message.
1)里面没有提到背景调查，这是不是意味着BACKGROUND已经通过了？
2)有了议员介入，过程可能会加快吗？
