今早查到RFE (NSC)，具体要补什么公司律师还没收到信
5/6 收到pp材料
背景
PhD, CS
paper (9, 6 first author),
citation 86
review 60
RL (7, 5 independent)
不知道RFE补材料需要特别注意哪些呢？

In the Notice, USCIS has determined that sufficient documentation was
presented to establish that you met the following regulatory criteria:
1.) Evidence of the alien's participation, either individually or on
a panel, as the judge of the work of others in the same or allied academic
field
2.) Authorship of the alien's authorship of scholarly books or
articles in the academic field.
However, USCIS determined that there was not sufficient documentation to
establish the following criterion:
1.) Evidence of the alien's original scientific or scholarly research
contributions to the academic field.
Additionally, the Service states that though the original petition meets 2
of the 6 regulatory requirements, that the totality of the evidence does
not meet the final merits determination that you possess a high level of
expertise required buy the regulations. That means that your work must be
recognized internationally as outstanding in the field.
有两个问题不太明白，请教大家：
1 NOID 是不是比rfe 严重些？暂时还不知道律师想怎么反驳
2. 没有看到notice，还不知道是nsc 的那一个officer，要是0214或者0002 我想我就
撤了算了。怎么样反驳noid呢？
有什么需要注意的吗？

推荐人都是咋分布的？

不知道为什么手机客户端回复出来都是乱码
io 是0258
收到noid前推荐信分布可能确实不太好
1 封台湾
1 封国内
其他全是美国的。包括独立推荐人
现在新加了2封独立推荐信，一封西班牙，一封意大利，还有一封英国和台湾的没收到
回复。找独立推荐人不太容易
另外新加了3个杂志和会议主席写的关于review 的support letter
您还有什么别的建议吗？谢谢！

原来是NOID而非RFE啊。
虽然阿姨哦在信里面说要你证明original contributions，但是她真正要问的是，是否
your original contributions have substantially benefited your field and
have earned international recognition.

我会跟律师说明白，又找了5封独立推荐信，分布在新家坡，阿根廷，尼日利亚，美国
和澳大利亚。
希望这样可以证明 international recognition

看看名媛的回复没有，推荐信分布重要，但绝对不是重点！难道律师是新人？
不要真以为只是＂突出研究的original＂就够了，看了后面那个total没有？推荐信里
面要突出你的研究对领域的impact!这才是阿姨想看的
