最近I-140批了,在填I-485/765/131。看了这个帖子http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t2/I485/31170323.html受益很多。但还是有一些问题，找了半天没找到I-131填表的帖子。
第一个问题是Part 3. Processing Information
1. Date of Intended Departure
2. Expected Length of Trip (in days)
那个帖子里填的是3个月。大家都是怎么填的？什么时候拿到AP卡是不是和1填的内容相
关？AP卡的有效期是不是和2填的内容相关？
第二个问题是Part 4. Information About Your Proposed Travel
1.a. Purpose of trip
1.b. List of countries you intend to visit
对这两项，能填两个不同的地方么？比如填今年底回中国看父母，然后2017年夏天去法
国旅游么？
Update:请大家忽略这个问题。刚发现在第二页最后一行，只有DACA才必须填Part4.
第三个问题是Part 7. Complete Only If Applying for Advance Parole
On a separate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole
Document, and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include
copies of any documents you wish considered.
请问大家有模板么，或者分享一下你自己的？

可以写unknown或TBD。怎么写无所谓。都会给1年的。

它说see instructions。你see instructions了吗？AOS申请者不需要附上任何东西。

关于第三个问题，我看了instructions，Page8写道c. Advance Parole Document (3)
If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt
as evidence that you filed the adjustment application;

什么是AOS?

AOS = Adjustment of Status。I-485就是用来申请AOS的。就是I-485的receipt。如果
跟I-485一起申请就不用receipt。
