收到律师的信"If you already have an I-485 pending based on an underlying
EB1A or EB1B petition and you were born in China or India, your I-485 will
remain pending but will not be eligible to receive a final adjudication
until the retrogression is over and your priority date becomes current again
(which is expected to be October 1). This retrogression will not affect the
processing or validity of your EAD/AP card. If your I-485 is already
pending, this retrogression will not impact your ability to file the EAD/AP
renewal applications if your card is within 120 days of expiration."
这意味着只要8月前不下来，至少还要多等2月了。。。不知道这2月时间USCIS还处不处
理cases

去年就是这样，9月份没名额了，10月份爆绿的特别多。

不是打击大家啊。也有可能很多人会被hold，不送去做背景调查。我去年就是这种等到

我的理解是EAD/AP 还是正常处理的, 只是485 要等到10月1 号以后, 对吧?
