今年我破腹产生了个宝宝，破腹的时候打了epidural，刚生小孩2个月没啥反应。可是
从第3个月开始，我的后腰在每天凌晨3-6点钟就酸疼，有时难受得都睡不了觉，可是白
天却和正常人一样，没有任何酸疼感觉。我也搞不清楚是打麻药的原因还是月子病？
有知道这种情况的宝妈吗？

今天刷状态出来 Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was Mailed。简直吐血。。。
专业EE，弱背景，用的是公司指定的F家律师，公司是南加的半导体大公司。F的律师
一开始要求准备12封RL，结果受到10封之后没通知我就直接file 140 PP了，自己导师
的推荐信也因为导师出去度假还没发给他。 PL也没法发给我看一下，感觉特别仓促，
结果刷状态就悲剧了。。发信给律师，律师回复了这个...
This is the USCIS changing its 'general wording' as if a RFE or NOID was
issued it would list NOID or RFE and we would receive the notice via
facsimile. Please allow the USCIS the proper time frame to adjudicate the
case [your I-140OR petition been with the USCIS 7 working days as there was
a Federal Holiday last week] and once we receive correspondence form the
USCIS, I will IMMEDIATELY notify you directly. Additionally, we have
changed our process and no longer provide our USCIS Support Letter (our
legal argument) prior to filing the petition.

律师说的也对，这个notice没有提RFE还是NOID?
RFE的话，律师会从fax先收到，比mail快。Noid应该也类似吧。
上周刚过完独立日，这周应该都开工了，先催律师收到fax没。RFE有90天回复，Noid只
有30天比较紧。

我同事过100citation，F家律师拖了好久被我同事吹急了两天把petition letter写出
来，写的跟粑粑一样...bless你了只能。
