最近mid-year performance review准备和老板谈谈升职的事情,不过不太清楚升职是
不是会对pending的485有什么影响。班上大大们有没有人有经验哈?
现在EB-1B 485 pending 2个月。title估计从manager到senior manager,工作内容应
该不会有什么变化。

工作内容不变,是没问题的。你可以看下官方的说法:

employer and remain eligible to adjust my status to permanent residence?

remain eligible. Regardless of whether the new job is considered a demotion
, a lateral move or a promotion within the company for which the beneficiary
is employed, the job duties must be sufficiently similar. USCIS officers
will view the totality of the circumstances in light of the congressional
intent, expressed in INA section 204(j), as enacted by 106(c) of AC21, to
facilitate job mobility within the same or similar occupational
classification for qualifying aliens with long-pending adjustment
applications.

感觉还是得达到AC21的要求的pending时间之后换工作或者Promotion会比较保险。

不好意思楼主,我也搭车同问下,我刚递了eb1b的140,没有pp(公司不给pp,自己想
交钱pp也不行),半年内要升职,但是半年内140还不会出结果,我这样可以升职吗?
会有rfe吗?
