今天收到RFE，是孩子的出生证明，要求翻译。原来以为出生证明上有英文，可以用，
却引来RFE。
“You submitted a foreign language certificate. The document is not in
English. Please include a certified English traslation. The translator of
the document must certify that he/she is competent to perform the
translation and that the translation is accurate”
应该找谁来翻译呢？他又如何证明他是合格的翻译者呢？学校的中国教授可以吗?
