刚收到485的RFE，要工作证明什么的
“ Submit a letter of employment attesting to your offer of proposed
employment. This letter should be written on the company's letterhead and
cite the date you will begin working, weather the position is permanent and
full-time, a description of the position that you currently hold for the
company (if any), and the offered salary"
我是在学校的博后，offer上是full time但不是permanent，我已经递交了工作证明的
，但是工作证明只说是到这个人到目前为止在这工作（因为是博后吗，不是正式职位）
，我现在倒是因为要延期H1B，有一个三年的offer letter，倒是可以用，大家觉得够
吗？
还有一项是合适一段时期的身份，我H1B的复印件也提供了，pay stub也给了，不知为
什么还要核实。
谢谢大家提供意见和建议

楼主是1a还是1b？

如果是1B的话估计要说明是permanent的，如果是1A的话，就不需要证明。

感觉是uscis搞错了吧。按理说不是不需要吗？博后就不是permanent的啊

楼主是不是letter写的内容不够具体？应该不需要提供工作到什么时候。但需要写出
从什么时候开始，具体负责什么项目，用学校的信纸打印出来加上小蜜签字。不知道楼
主是不是都做到了。1A确实是不需要的。但是有工作证明会更好体现你可以在学术界有
贡献。

谢谢。可能正如你说的是这个问题。关键是我们这的hr她不愿意给你写那么具体。再找
她们沟通沟通吧

USCIS已经教你怎么给出这封letter了，你的offer letter如果：
1。是学校的信纸，有学校的logo
2。标明你开始工作的日期
3。有明确的职位名称，标明是否是permanent职位。如果职位不是像Lecturer等等众所
周知的，最好加上工作描述，
4。有具体的Salary数字
那就没有问题。
