给岳父岳母办绿卡（两人都70多岁了），要找civil surgeon体检和打疫苗。给几个
医生打了电话，众说不一。有的说要验血查blood testing for syphilis,有的说不需
要。有的说要Varicella vaccine （chicken box)，有的说不需要。到底需要做什么
呢？我试着compile下面的几项，请问你们办的时候需要吗？另外说明一下老人70多
岁了
1. TB skin test (or IGRA blood test)
2. TD vaccine
3. Pneumococcal vaccine
4. Varicella (chicken box), either get vaccine shot for test blood sample
5. blood testing for syphilis

Requirements:
1. Skin test to check for Tuberculosis (PPD). If PPD is positive, chest X-
ray is required.
2. Tetanus (Tdap) & Influenza (required from Oct. 1 to Mar. 31) vaccines
3. Blood tests for antibodies against MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) &
Varicella (chickenpox). If they are negative, get MMR & Varicella vaccines.
4. Blood test for Syphilis (RPR)

很专业。我们这MMR和varicella不做测试，直接打疫苗。

Urine Test is required after August 1, 2016.
Urine test is used to test gonorrhea (section C, part 5 on page 6 or section
D, part 4 on page 8, I-693 form).
