现在正在DIY EB1A。看到大牛和律师们的模板里面，为表达自己文章/杂志如何牛，这
么写：
(1) This article is among the top 0.01% most cited articles published in
2014 in the field of XXX. This article is 3 times higher than the average
citation of researchers from top 10 universities in the field.
(2) This journal is ranked 9th out of 131 journals (top 6.8%) in the field
of XXX.
考古了一下发现很多网站都不可用了，SCImago已经不提供Pecentile了，Google
scholar只会列出一个领域里面Top 20的Journal，而不会告诉总共有多少Journal。现
在犯难了。
我只知道：
(1) scopus（需要学校付费订阅）里面含有文章在某些领域里面的Pecentile，可以自
由选领域，但是最高也只能精确到99% Pecentile
(2) webofknowledge（需要学校付费订阅）里面有杂志的排名，可以找出杂志在某个特
定领域的排名（即计算出Top %），不过不能自由选领域
(3) ResearcherID（免费）可以生成油灯图
有几个问题：
(1) 我就不知道像0.01% most cited这是怎么算出来的？
(2) 像“3 times higher than the average citation of researchers from top 10
universities”难道是纯手工计算的？
(3) IO应该没有购买scopus或者webofknowledge的授权吧？感觉IO不能直接查证的东西
，是不是要多截图放到Exibit里面
