最近收到I-140 RFE.
最后一段关于英文文档的要求，是因为英文成绩单漏交了，但是对于中间"establish
eligibility", 我需要让律师补交本人的能力资质证明和公司资质证明吗？
非常无助，情况也有点紧急，自己也不明白除了英文成绩单外，要不要交这两个证明，
可不可以请各位大神帮忙分析一下。先万分感谢大家的所有帮助。
You have filed Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, on April,
2016,
seeking immigrant visa classification as a member of the professions holding
an advanced
degree for the beneficiary. You are seeking the services of the beneficiary
as Engineer.
In order to establish eligibility, you must establish that:
.The position qualifies for the classification requested;
.The beneficiary is qualified for the position, and;
.You have the ability to pay the wage offered to the beneficiary as of the
priority date
You have submitted a foreign-language document in support of your Form I-140
application. If you
submit a document that is not in English, it must be accompanied by a
complete English translation.
The translator must certify that he or she is competent to perform the
translation and that the
translation is accurate. Any English translation MUST be submitted together
with a copy of the
translated (foreign-language) original.

是EB2的。
就是不明白的是下面这里。这次补交材料，除了中文没有翻译的东西肯定会补交上去以
外，还需要出示下面这些证据吗？ 万分感谢。

这个肯定是要的，要证明你的职位必须要有Advanced Degree才能胜任、你有EB2的品质
、公司的支付能力

真的确定需要交吗？怎么办，补交的材料，快递状态显示已经交过去了。
我的想法和你是一样的，宁可多交，千万不能少，我也是这么跟律师讲的，她完全不听
，求她也不行。实在郁闷的很。
律师说这几个（就是我不明白，不确定的那三句话，那三个文件）是官方语言，是模板
，她说申请的时候已经交过了，这次RFE就没有必要交了，就只交了翻译的成绩单和学
位证书。
现在已经交过去了，真的郁闷极了。不是我的错，是她们自己漏交了基本的文件，可是
再次补交材料还是完全不听我的建议。
