11月初被裁，公司给了两个月的期限，h1b terminate是在一月3号。然而新政策说是
从1月17号开始， h1b也有两个月的grace period. 所以小弟想请教一下这样子中间两
周的gap能不能忽略不计呢？我现在一方面在找新工作，一方面也准备转F1保持合法居
留身份未来找到工作再转回H1B

这个新的grace period并非无条件使用的。
需要：
1.140通过。（而且是主申请人）
2.485排期中，所以不能投递。
3.拿出理由证据来说服DHS给工作许可。
如果满足条件，两周的gap估计是可以忽略的。如果不满足条件，根本就没grace
period，直接就没身份了。

狮子说的是1年EAD的要求
H1B grace period的规定在这，要是不考虑十几天的gap，lz是有60天的
Visa holders in E1, E2, E3, H1B, H1B1, L1, TN categories will be given a one
-time 60-day Grace Period, so that they can try to find the next sponsor, or
to prepare to depart the U.S. If, however, the end of the employment
validity date is shorter than 60 days, they will be given only until the end
of your validity date.

是什么意思？
是不是如果不是因为被裁，H1B该过期了，就没有这个60天了？？

我觉得the end of the employment validity date是指H1b第3年或者第6年结束的时间
，你可以再查查
