首先祝大家新年快乐！爸爸逾期在美已超过一年，现在在美国， 我想给他办绿卡，请
问这种情况可以同时file I-130 and I-485吗？
In the I-485 instruction, it says "you are not eligible for adjustment of
status if any of the following apply to you:

4. Your authorized stay expired before your filed this application
...
6. You failed to maintain your nonimmigrant status, unless your failure to
maintain status was through no fault of your own or for technical reasons;
unless you are applying because you are:
A. An immediate relative of U.S. citizen

上面第6条好像没问题，但是第4条该怎么理解呢？我爸这种情况可以提交I-485吗？
