上礼拜TSC processing time出来就提交了service request, 本来以为还要等很久才有
信儿呢，刚就收到回复了：
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case has been assigned to an adjudication officer for
processing. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within
60 days.
求解读这是BC已经clear的意思么?已经到officer手里是不是就快了？
