1月下旬，联系议员，没有效果。
12月，1月，2月，三次infopass，都是background check pending.
03/21，副卡infopass, background clear, in line for processing and
adjudication, but not with an office.
03/27 New card is being produced
PS:忘了说，二月下旬提交了一个ombudsman，不知道是否有起到促进作用，因为也没消
息回来。
