副申请人收到RFE内容如下。可是这个我明明提交了的。我是把结婚证翻译好，找朋友
签字，并提交证明说他具备中英文能力。这个RFE看起来似乎是还让我提交结婚证，但
是要求是registered。结婚证不都是registered的么？请高手指点该怎么应对，谢谢！
To establish the relationship you claim with the principal applicant, you
must submit a copy of your marriage certificate which has been registered
with the proper civil authorities of the country in which you were married.

可能需要国内公证处出具的证明。以前有人提过类似情况，版上应该有。

楼主能说说交上去了什么文件吗？我的律师说交3个东西，但是我比较疑惑：
1. 结婚证彩色复印件；
2. 翻译件；
3. Certification by Translator。
翻译我是按照这个blog上抄的，自己用word排了版。

这个RFE的意思：在美国找人翻译，然后翻译的人写statement 这种情况是不接受的。
只接受：中国国内公证处出具的《结婚公证书》

我交了以下的材料。另外一个情况，主副申请人485，765和131一起提交的，总共只交
了一份结婚证明。EAD／AP已经批了，会不会这个结婚证明被EAD／AP的officer已经抽
走了，然后现在的offcer认为我没交？
1. 结婚证复印件（黑白）。这个用黑白不行？
2. 翻译件
3. certification by translator
另外，RFE的第一页说，如果所提供材料不是英文的，需要翻译并certify。我觉得你说
的这个就是翻译和certify。

谢谢几位的回复，我再补充点信息，或许对以后的申请者有帮助。首先，我附上RFE材
料第一页一段话，明确说的是非英文材料需要找人翻译并附带声明，同时提交复印件就
行。
其次，我们是主副申请人485，EAD和AP一起提交的。里面我只交了一份结婚证复印件（
黑白，或许应该用彩色），翻译件和翻译人声明。EAD／AP去年已批。我感觉485
officer并没有看到我提交的结婚证材料。有一种可能，结婚证明已经被EAD／AP的
officer已经抽走了，所以这次485的office找不到了。如果我的猜测是对的，那么也可
以用我的例子给大家提个醒，以后如果485/AP/EAD一起提交的时候，或许结婚材料最好
多提交多份。如果我理解错了，希望大家批评指正。

if you submit a document in a language other than English, the document must
be accompanied by a full and complete(complete这个词用黑体斜线强调）
English translation. The translator must certify that the translation is
accurate and he or she is competent to translate from that language to
English. (后面整句用黑体）If you submit a foreign language translation in

黑白不是问题，但是主副必须各交一份。
我面试的时候也是分开核对的。

找人翻译也至少要notarized一下吧，光有翻译件和翻译人声明也太不formal，最保险
的还是用国内办的公证书

寄485材料的时候，主申请人是不要提交婚姻证明的，因为主申请人的485申请不是基于
婚姻的，副申请人是基于婚姻才能申请485，所以才要提供婚姻证明，我们就是这样交
的，过了，没有rfe婚姻证明，不过我们也没有面试过，面试夫妻两各自带一份的确是
好主意，因为是分开面的。
