材料弄得有点晚了，如果5月30号寄485还来得及吗？还是等到10月份再寄485比较好？(

你自己没仔细读visa bulletin:
Readers were advised in item D of the May Visa Bulletin number 5, that it
would be necessary to impose a date for these two countries in the near
future. The continued high level of demand for E1 numbers for USCIS
adjustment of status applicants has required the establishment of a date for
June. This has been done in an attempt to hold number use within the
Worldwide E1 annual limit. The E1 date for these two countries will once
again become CURRENT for October, the first month of fiscal year 2018.

5月30号寄，能够收到5月31号的receipt吗，看板上很多人说5月31号寄到，可能
receipt也是6月1号了，这样他们会把我寄的东西都退回来吗？谢谢

运气好直接给你reject，运气不好先接收了，一年后给你deny了

用fedex早上送到uscis物理地址的receipt多数是当天，送到lockbox肯定慢

寄送的都是lockbox吧？只不过courier送的是物理地址，USPS送的是PO box，对不？

UPS跟Fedex可以same day，你可以问问。

fedex ups的same day,其实就是messenger service,起始地点得同城。达拉斯有。另外
nsc不知道
